Venetian Polished Plaster is as much craft as decoration, and it shows in the finish. Polished Venetian is the venetian-first specialist for David Street, hand-troweling multiple thin layers and burnishing each surface by hand for a bespoke result across Kent that a general plasterer would struggle to replicate. David Street and the neighbouring Kent spots of Lower Bush and The Crook make up a good share of our workload, all reachable quickly from our Dartford base.

Before any trowel touches the wall, we agree the colour and sheen level with you, from a soft matte through to a high gloss polish. That conversation, alongside a sample board where useful, means there are no surprises once the layers are built up and burnished.

Reception areas and feature walls are the most common settings, but Venetian Polished Plaster also suits bathrooms once properly sealed. It is not the finish we would choose for an area of constant direct water, such as inside a shower cubicle, where we would point you towards Tadelakt instead.
